Usage Data helps us understand trends in use of the Service so that we can improve existing features, develop new features, maintain security and reliability, and better understand how our services are used, including PropFirmPro simulated trading challenges and ProfitAlgo.io trading tools.We may share Usage Data with customers, partners, and service providers where reasonably necessary to operate, analyze, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.Website Usage Data may also be used for analytics and marketing as otherwise described in this Policy and our Legal Terms. Data collected, processed, or derived through the ProfitVue.ai Chrome extension is excluded from advertising and marketing use and is governed by the ProfitVue.ai Chrome Extension Privacy section below.
How we collect, use, and share your Personal Information and other information
a. Information you provide to us
When you register for or purchase access to the Service, we may request Personal Information such as your name, email address, billing information, and other information necessary to establish or maintain your account.You may also provide, at your discretion, additional information such as your personal or business website, social media profiles, professional information, the date you began using the Service, or information you provide when communicating with our support team.As you use ProfitAlgo.io, PropFirmAlgo.com, ProfitVue.ai, or related trading tools, we may collect information necessary to provide and support the Service, including account activity, product usage, timestamps, IP address, technical information, authentication activity, feature interactions, and other operational records.Payment and billing transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. PropFirm Algo LLC does not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers when those transactions are processed by an external payment provider.When you register for the Service, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, email address, or credit card or other billing information. You may also provide at your own discretion certain related information like your personal website name, social media websites, a list of your skills, the date you started using the Service, and a description of yourself. Additionally, as you use ProfitAlgo.io or PropFirmAlgo.com to access trading tools , we may collect data such as your activity logs, tool usage, and timestamps and IP Address (e.g., when you save changes, publish sites, or perform certain tasks).
b. Information we may receive from and share with third parties
We may now or in the future receive Personal Information about you from third parties. ProfitVue.ai Chrome Extension Privacy
ProfitVue.ai Chrome Extension
ProfitVue.ai is a Chrome extension operated by PropFirm Algo LLC as part of the ProfitAlgo.io ecosystem. ProfitVue.ai connects a user’s TradingView workflow to an eligible, licensed MetaTrader 5 setup for broker-aware risk sizing, user-requested order execution, and trade-management functionality.
Information processed by ProfitVue.ai may include: Information processed by ProfitVue.ai may include:the user’s ProfitVue pairing credential; authentication and session information; MT5 account identifier; TradingView chart and ProfitVue indicator information; trading symbol and direction; Entry, Stop Loss, and Take Profit values; Risk %, Fixed Lot, Cash Risk, and other applicable sizing inputs; broker and instrument information required for position sizing; user-requested execution and trade-management instructions; order and execution results; open-position information;lot size and position information; profit/loss and risk information;command, acknowledgement, and event records; timestamps and technical session information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Service. The user’s ProfitVue pairing credential; MT5 account identifier; TradingView chart and ProfitVue indicator values such as symbol, direction, Entry, Stop Loss, Take Profit, and sizing inputs; risk settings; execution and order results; open-position information; profit/loss and risk information; command and event records; and technical session information required to operate and secure the service.
ProfitVue.ai does not collect or process users’ full credit-card numbers or Stripe payment credentials through the Chrome extension. Membership purchases, subscriptions, billing, and payment processing are handled separately through ProfitAlgo.io, PropFirmAlgo.com, and their authorized payment providers
TradingView accessProfitVue.ai accesses TradingView only as reasonably necessary to provide the user-requested TradingView-to-MetaTrader 5 workflow.This may include accessing the current TradingView chart, the active trading symbol, and ProfitVue-compatible chart or indicator values required for risk sizing, execution, synchronization, and trade management.
ProfitVue.ai does not collect or use a user’s general browsing history. How ProfitVue.ai information is usedInformation processed through ProfitVue.ai is used only as reasonably necessary to: authenticate eligible users; verify and maintain ProfitVue account pairing; connect ProfitVue.ai with an eligible ProfitAlgo.io and MetaTrader 5 environment; perform broker-aware risk and position-size calculations; route user-requested execution instructions; route user-requested trade-management actions; synchronize permitted TradingView and MetaTrader 5 information; display MetaTrader 5 state, position information, and execution results; provide customer support; diagnose technical issues; maintain service availability and reliability; prevent abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or security threats; andmaintain and improve the functionality, reliability, and security of ProfitVue.ai.
Advertising and sale of extension data PropFirm Algo LLC does not sell ProfitVue.ai Chrome extension user data. Information collected, processed, or derived through the ProfitVue.ai Chrome extension is not used for personalized advertising or marketing and is not transferred for purposes unrelated to providing, maintaining, securing, supporting, or improving ProfitVue.ai and its disclosed functionality. This Chrome-extension-specific limitation applies even where other portions of this Privacy Policy permit marketing or advertising uses of data obtained separately through PropFirm Algo LLC websites or other services. Service providersInformation reasonably necessary to provide ProfitVue.ai may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of PropFirm Algo LLC. These providers may include cloud, hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers such as Supabase, solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support ProfitVue.ai. Service providers are not authorized by PropFirm Algo LLC to use ProfitVue.ai extension user data for their own advertising or unrelated marketing purposes. SecurityProfitVue.ai uses encrypted HTTPS connections for supported communications with ProfitAlgo.io infrastructure and related service infrastructure. Authentication credentials, pairing credentials, trading/account information, and other non-public operational information are not intentionally made publicly available by ProfitVue.ai. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but PropFirm Algo LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled through the Service. Chrome Web Store Limited UseThe use of information received through Chrome extension permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information obtained through Chrome extension permissions is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described for ProfitVue.ai and is not used or transferred for unrelated purposes, personalized advertising, creditworthiness determinations, or lending purposes.

This includes instances where you forget about auto-renewal of your subscription. As digital products are non-refundable, it’s essential to conduct thorough research before making a purchase decision. If you require clarification about our services, please reach out to us at info@propfirmalgo.com before disputing or requesting returns.We do not issue refunds for auto-renewal billing subscriptions, even if you forget about the renewal. It is your responsibility to manage your premium subscription by contacting us at info@propfirmalgo.com before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your dashboard and under the subscription tab click cancel. Or notify us with a 24-hour notice before the renewal date, and we will cancel your renewal order. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable charge. Please note that we do not accept refunds for payments made with cryptocurrency due to potential transaction fees and price volatility. Thank you for your understanding.
