How we collect, use, and share your Personal Information and other information

This includes instances where you forget about auto-renewal of your subscription. As digital products are non-refundable, it’s essential to conduct thorough research before making a purchase decision. If you require clarification about our services, please reach out to us at info@propfirmalgo.com before disputing or requesting returns.We do not issue refunds for auto-renewal billing subscriptions, even if you forget about the renewal. It is your responsibility to manage your premium subscription by contacting us at info@propfirmalgo.com before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your dashboard and under the subscription tab click cancel. Or notify us with a 24-hour notice before the renewal date, and we will cancel your renewal order. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable charge. Please note that we do not accept refunds for payments made with cryptocurrency due to potential transaction fees and price volatility. Thank you for your understanding.
